Home remedy for cold and cough

Lukewarm Water with Honey:

Mix 1-2 teaspoons of honey in 1 cup of warm water. Drink this concoction twice a day. Honey has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, which can soothe a sore throat and help with cold symptoms.

Salt and Warm Water Gargle:
